To elevate the photo-op experience within the T-Mobile space at Watershed, we added some props for people to take pictures with. I assisted in creating custom guitar decals used as props during the activation. Working from a simple cowboy illustration from Watershed’s IP, I refined the design and thoughtfully considered sizing, placement, and composition to determine where the festival’s logo lockup could live naturally on the guitars. The goal was to ensure the props felt cohesive, on-brand, and visually engaging in photos.
The final decals balanced a playful, western-inspired aesthetic with clarity and intention, ensuring they translated well on camera in a high-energy festival environment. Even as a supporting detail, the guitar decals added personality and polish to the photo op, only reinforcing the overall Watershed experience through creative attention to every touchpoint. Even Logan Crosby, who came through T-Mobile’s Club Magenta wanted to take one home!
