As part of any other T-Mobile activation I’ve worked on, signage plays an important role. With the F1® Las Vegas Grand Prix, I was tasked with working on the graphic creation + visual approach for not only small scale way-finding signage, but also larger branded environmental signage throughout the activation space. This included tabletop and stanchion signage to guide guests at a more intimate scale (through menus, disclaimers, programming, promo reminders, etc.), as well as larger wall graphics featuring bold T-Mobile x F1® messaging that lived within high-visibility areas.
Pulling together previously provided textures to create an enticing composition,, the visual approach leaned into dynamic movement and high contrast. Transparent window railings were treated with magenta-toned graphics that felt lightweight yet impactful, allowing Club Magenta to shine through alongside the track energy, while still anchoring the space in T-Mobile branding. Our main staircase that led to the upper level of the space was transformed with graphic applications that carried guests through the environment, while neon racing streak motifs and large-scale window railing signage reinforced a sense of motion and momentum throughout the venue.
The goal was to create a system that was both highly functional and visually immersive; clearly guiding guests while amplifying the excitement of race weekend through additional branded moments. Through a cohesive and high-energy visual language, the signage enhanced navigation, elevated the branded environment, showcased prominent T-Mobile messaging, and contributed to a seamless, memorable experience at Club Magenta for the F1® Las Vegas Grand Prix.
